Our Super Diesel Additive removes deposits in the diesel injection system and combustion chamber. It also effectively prevents their return. The product preserves all components of the injection system, and it prevents the baking and resinifying of the jet needles. By increasing the cetane number, this improves the ignitability of the diesel fuel, and ensures quiet engine running.
The Super Diesel Additive protects the entire fuel system against corrosion and wear, optimizes exhaust emissions and increases the engine’s performance. A clean engine uses less fuel and reduces emissions.
Our Super Diesel Additive at a glance
The additive is suitable for all diesel engines, with and without diesel particulate filter, and can be used both preventively and specifically in the event of problems. It is fully compatible with all conventional diesel and biodiesel fuels. One bottle of 250 ml is sufficient for up to 75 liters of fuel (dosage 1:300). The effect lasts for up to 2,000 kilometres. Turbo-tested.
Use
The continuous addition of low-sulfur diesel fuels increases both the ignition characteristics and the lubricating effect by means of special lubricant additives. A 250 ml can is sufficient for 75 liters of diesel fuel at a recommended mixing ratio of 1 to 300. The optimum metering is designed for 50 liters of diesel fuel. For a clean nozzle function and corrosion protection, the additive should be added to the tank every 2,000 kilometers.
In addition to the 5-liter cans and 50-liter drums, 205 liter drums are also available for larger applications such as trucks, freight forwarders, bus companies and the industry. Mixing ratio is also 1:300. Another practical product is our Pro-Line Super Diesel Additive K (1:500) in 20-liter containers, which can be used to add 10,000 liters of diesel fuel to a tanker.
When decommissioning and preserving engines, one percent of the Super Diesel Additive should be added to the diesel fuel (observe preservation regulations). The additive can be added at any time and mixes automatically.
